Pork Loin on the WSM

I was at Sams Club the other day and walking through the meat dept, they had someone cooking samples of a cranberry peppercorn pork loin in a skillet, I tasted it and thought it was good, so I bought one. I cooked it last night on the WSM and it was FANTASTIC. no water in the pan, steady temp of about 335 at the lid, for about two hours. Just a fist sized chunk of hickory, and some cherry shavings with two lit chimneys worth of K.

Pulled it off and it was 146 on the one end, and 153 at the other (I have no idea why the difference) It was tasty, juicy, not at all dry. It was easily the best pork loin I've had in a long time. If anyone sees this at Sam's, pick one up.

Here is a photo of the finished product right before it came off the smoker.
