M Michael N TVWBB Fan Sep 4, 2010 #3 Porkloin cooks quick. It can also be oversmoked so be careful. I'd say 1-2 hours. I'm always supprised aat how quick these come off the smoker. Also are you going to sear or reverse sear? It will shorten the time.
