Beef has USDA grades, which can indicate the quality/marbling of a beef. Pork does not, so my question is how does the quality of Pork products vary from store to store. FOr example, I normally get my pork butts from Haggen..and they look, and taste great. I have seen pork butts cheaper at Winco, or my commisary, and by looks alone, they appear to be of much lesser quality. Can their be a significant difference as to where you get your butts?
