Jim Minion TVWBB Emerald Member Apr 21, 2001 #2 A pork chop is not a good candidate for low and slow, not enought fat in them to keep moist. I suggest that you grill it. If thick enought make a pocket in the chop and fill with blue cheese. Rub with something low in sugar. Jim
