I agree with Mildo - these look like what we call Pork Steaks in America. Whatever you call them though Svein's look perfectly cooked. That desert looks awesome too - how about a recipe for that Svein?
Thanks john, I'll post it under desert during the weekend. It is an raspberry version of a cake called mother Monsen which is normally done with dried fruits and almonds. The resicpe can be found in Norwegian cooking books from the 1800s.
