Chops look perfect, sides look good also. Hey Jim, do you have a good beer brine for chops that you can post here?

That is a serious porkchop! Sides look great too. Your brussels sprouts inspired me to finally try them, grilled them up earlier in the winter now I can't have enough of them. Thanks for sharing!

Beautiful chops, Jim. Love the grill marks and that golden color on the chops. Beautiful pictures too. Artfully done. Great job.

Thanks for all those very nice words, so much appreciated:)

How do you like the Thermopop?
L♥VE it John! 3 to 5 seconds FAST and only 20some bucks

Nice chops Jim, and remember, grillin in cold air is better than no air.
I'll never forget Bob;)

Hats off to all of you who have endured and survived this WINTER!
Spring is right around the corner Jeff:D

ThermoPop? Never heard of it. Time for some google action...
Hope you get one Tim, they're GGGGGggreat!

Hey Jim, do you have a good beer brine for chops that you can post here?
Sorry:( , James, I do not. The brine I used was a simple 4cups of water and two tablespoons each of white sugar and kosher salt
