Once again a meal from one of the best parts of the pig. I wasent really sure if i should roast it in one peice or in slices. But since the whole Family loves the rendered slices - Thats what i did.

Ok:

A Natural Belly sliced in thick slices (around 1 cm),Some Potatoes/carrots in a pan with a little evoo/thyme/salt & pepper. Onions prepped and will hit the pan when the tatter/carrots gets a head start.

After 20 min indirect the onion joins the fun.

The pork with only salt/black pepper on it,cooks above the pan untill they have the color/rendering i am looking for.

Another 7 mins or so i think.

Ok Meat is done,And the potatoes cooked in that pork drippings is done aswell.

Plated:

So Simple and yet so good! Thanks for your time ppl!

Bummer, was hoping for another Emilie cook, guess we will have to settle for another one of yours:p
No compromise on quality of the cook or the photos!

Super stuff DW, makes me wish I hadn't cured all my pork belly into bacon.

Pass the potatoes please. I wonder if my Chickenetarian wife would notice if I did that to the spuds. Big fan of your "simple" meals Daniel
