Pork sale at Costco. Picked up some pork belly to do pork belly burnt ends today.

Yeah, This is on my short list, I keep thinking this would be a great dish to take to a cover dish party, more then for a family dinner. But it has been a loooooong time since I have gone to a gathering of that nature so many I just need to go for it! John, I can't wait to see how your come out!

They came out great. I used the recipe at Meat Church as a guide. Used some pork/rib rub, KC Masterpiece sauce, and honey. Didn’t take quite 3 hours to get to 195° where I wanted to pull, then sauced, honey, more rub, and back on for another 45 mins.
