Playoff Flappers

Did these for the playoffs awhile back. Test run before the big dance. Just did a few and some Venison Mango sausages. Made my own sauce with some stuff I had in the fridge. Apple jelly, honey, sriracha. Turned out really good. Sweet and just a little heat in back end. I rubbed the wings with Kickin Chicken a few hours before I put them on the performer. Enjoy!
