Ribs were done real fast (4hrs @ 250ºF), they were small, four racks totaled 7.5 lbs... ended up foilin' em...
Cobbed corn also was grilled along with the chicken...
Pasta salad, Deviled eggs and Creme cheese bars were tossed in the mix...
Seemed like everyone enjoyed the day/evening... I know i had a great time!

That's all i got today, I thank you for visiting.... so long!

Great stuff Jim. Sounds like you had fun with family and friends. I know--kinda gets in the way of those important phood photo opps. Great ribs tho. Wish I had a deviled egg... :)

If the rest of those brats are still hanging around, I'll drive over and grab 'em. Oh, and whatever ribs you have left too.

With family and fine food present, who needs a bunch photos?
The warmth and enjoyment of the day came shining through!
Top notch baby backs Jim!

Action shots work just fine for me. Great job on the ribs and brats, Jim. Glad you had a wonderful day visiting with family!:)
