Thank you for the kind words everyone. I love this site, I don't find the time to post very often but I am always lurking, learning and admiring the amazing food/cooks.

My giant dough ball made five pies once it was punched down!

A good friend of mine who was born in Napoli says that the true measure of any pizza joint is the margherita, based on Derek's pics I'd say his pizza joint looks like its top quality!!
 
Derek - I'm a pizza snob and those are some fine looking pies! Gotta say, some of the best pies I've seen are right here on this forum!

I HAVE GOT TO do pizza on the kettle soon! We're pizzaholics in our house and some kettle pizza would snuff out the need or want for delivery or frozen i'm sure! Looks great!
