Pizza on the Ooni

Lobster was amazing, use a garlic crust, then a 50/50 mix of Alfredo sauce and kindest garlic dipping sauce for your “pizza sauce” and mozzarella to your preference. In my Ooni Karu 16, it can get to about 800 degrees and it cooks in 90 seconds. We have been using precooked lobster chunks from Walmart that come frozen. Roughly $10 a bag and I put the whole bag on the pizza. The first time I made 2 pizzas w one bag, personally I like the 1 bag 1 pie

Lobsta pie.
Damn that just sounds good
We had homemade pizza today.
Your lobster pie sounds so good I will have to try that.

I did a couple razor clam pizzas a while ago.
Those were amazingly good and worth doing again.
I’ve done several seafood themed pizzas and the ones that I liked the best were the driest.
For me using any seafood ingredient (like steamer clams) that is overly hydrated always takes away from having a good pie.

Good job👍.

We were traveling a lot this summer for baseball. On our way to Boston, we had to stop at Frank Pepe in New Haven, CT for lunch. Awesome clam pizza there. I highly recommend.
