Pizza, handmade tortellini's, and an Italian inspired weekend

Heading to Italy soon and I am getting a jump start on the cuisine!
Pizza on the kettle on Saturday and hand made tortellini on Sunday!

OK…now for the pasta. I take zero credit for the pasta…only the steaks . Chuckeyes that were salt brined on the morning and then some additional rub was added. Just some cheese tortellini and some beef. Did the meat with a little oak staveSliced and served with the pesto tortellini and green beansCheers!
