Pineapple

Sugar, cinnamon, ground clove and a hot rotisserie. I overcooked it a little bit but it was still good.

I have grilled a few slices of pineapple before and served with ice cream. But this is just wicked. Would love to try it!

It's a recipe I got from one of Steve Raichlen's cook books. I found a copy of it on the web:

The grill was pretty hot. It just wasn't carmelizing with 2 of 3 burners on high so I turned on the third burner about half way.

The pineapple was on sale for $1.49 so it was a no brainer!
