Greetings all...anybody have a recipe they would like to share? I used the "search" function but all chicken wings popped up instead. I am guessing I have to go in search of pig shanks too...I suppose the butcher would have them but a few phone calls would have to be placed.
I found one recipe on the interwebs that said "boil in water". For shame!
I was thinking of a quick brine, and then indirect for about an hour or until tender then a quick sear and served with what will hopefully be Stubb's knock off sauce.
