Our development had a pig roast and hoedown with hayride last night. The pork was absolutely great. Nice, fun evening with great food and dessert. I do not think that would fit on my Weber.

The best one I was at was for my wife and my wedding, the pig was a sideline for a small local dairy farmer, when they had outdated milk they brought it back and fed it to the pigs. For the last two weeks of this (dressed weight of 160 lb.) of this little piggies life he dined on chocolate milk! The result was heavenly! Thirty years ago and I remember that pig and the fun of the day like it just happened yesterday…yesterday, hmm, what did I do yesterday?
