Pies on the Performer!

The first one was kind of an artisan shapewise. Salami, green garlic olives and baby bellas. I cooked these at 600 and they took 10-15 minuts each. I turned them a few timmes and played around a little. It was a lot of fun with great results.







This one was the same except it was done in my paella pan and more of a deep dish.

Fabulous looking Shaun. They exceeded my expectations.

Daniel, I can't really say which I prefer more. I think it depends on my mood. Sometimes I want a little more action, so I do the pies right on the stone where I turn it and work with it a little more. Other times I just want to set it and forget it, that'e when I use the paella pan.
