While I have the butts going I have a few minutes to finally give you guys some pics of the BB's that I cooked for mother's day. They were a huge hit. 5.5 hours total with one hour of those in foil, home made rub, and then browned on my DCS and sauced.

Mom and grandma were both really impressed. Maybe just a tad too spicy for them but they still devoured 'em.

Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. I am a Chargers fan and when we are tailgating at the game they always have these pretty ladies coming through and giving it away. It actually is pretty good sauce. I make my own rubs but I am willing to do commercial on the sauce, still not doing Heinz or junk like that but the Sweet Baby Ray's is decent. Otherwise I wouldn't have the time to enjoy my BBQ on the patio in this beautiful San Diego sunshine.

Shiloh - My family loves the Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. If you want to try something nice then mix one part Sweet Baby Rays Original and one part Hot Bone Suckin' Sauce. I use this combo and spread thinly over my ribs at the end of the cook and it is really fantastic!
