Picnic Shoulder & Beef Ribs!

Haven't posted here in a long time. Had some free time today and decided to fire up my 18.5 " WSM. I seasoned my shoulder up with some Plowboys Yardbird and Sweet Rub O' Mine. Then I seasoned the beef ribs with some good old salt & pepper. Everything came out fantastic.
