Made these for the wife as she doesn’t do hot very well. We love them, put them on all kinds of dishes…
Here are some on a taco salad.

Vegtables
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Servings: Yield: 3 cups

3/8 cup rice vinegar
1 1/8 cups water
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
6 garlic cloves, minced
In a small saucepan, heat vinegar, water, sugar and salt. Stir until sugar and salt are dissolved. Remove from heat and add garlic.
Pour the liquid over the peppers in the jar. Top with additional water if necessary to cover the peppers.
Cover jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.


Quick Pickled Sweet Peppers

INGREDIENTS
3 cups sliced sweet peppers3/8 cup rice vinegar
1 1/8 cups water
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
