Picked up a Silver B for FREE

My second freebie in less than a week. They wanted money for it but just gave it me. Don't think I'll do a restore. Think I might modify the frame to hold the free kettle I got last week. This thing has toasted flavor bars and grill grates.

Just needs flavor bars and grates. The ones in it are toasted. There are a couple bolts missing but the thing will clean up nicely. Don't know if it's worth it. Might be chopping it up to fit the kettle.
 
I like the idea with the kettle and I explored that idea when I built my cart from a silver B. I didn't see any way to get the kettle inside the frame of the B with out a lot of cutting and rewelding the frame because the kettle is way to wide. Mounting the kettle on top of the frame you would need a step ladder to cook on it. What thoughts do you have on doing it?
 
I got a Silver B free also but that one looks a lot better, I had to put in fuel tank holder, drip pan holder, burners, grates and thermostat man does it add up. It looks like you drip pan is ok, you may be able to flip those CI grates season and go with it. How are the burners?

I was thinking about hacking this thing up to fit my kettle but it actually is in really good shape. Just needs a good cleaning and polishing. I'm gonna give it a shot cleaning up the cast iron grates which actually look worse in person. The burners look good, probably better than the ones in my Platinum you see in the pic. So if the grates clean up good, all I would need are flavor bars. I can always use another good functional gasser.
