I think I'm in the same camp as you, Wil. Then again, I pretty much think the king of steaks is the one I'm about to cut into! :)

Costco has them. There is a sign above the meat in the case listing picanha yet the label is top sirloin cap.

I need to freeze these. Trying to decide if I want to freeze individually or keep them together.
