Made Spicy Rice to go with it

Love peri peri chicken. My wife will make coconut rice with it sometimes. Helps cool some of the heat. Looks great Kemper. You and Ginger stay warm up there.

Heat on top spicy rice. Kemper that looks amazing, but I was having a similar thoughts Gary, I need something to balance that heat, and then I saw the picture of your salad. You and Ginger are truly incredible cooks.

Thanks Kemper! Probably more than my wife would really enjoy from the heat standpoint but, I can “tone it down” as necessary. Looks delightful!

I made piri piri chicken breast yesterday as I ended up with a craving for it after reading this post.
Bit of a different marinade from the above, but they came out real nice.
