Performer with fold down table, any good?

Quite the table extension!
Thanks Joe, it is made of old Stroh’s brewery barrel staves. 100+ year old cypress. It is really great to have a long time friend who just happens to be a first class cabinetmaker as well as my banjo player of almost fifty years! He does these harebrained projects for me and I feed him! I think I have the easier part of the deal.
Thanks Rock!

That setup is loaded with character, one of a kind, for sure!
Well, I’ve never been one for much that is “too” conventional! It has served me well for several years now and I see no reason for it to not continue for many more. It’s really unseasonably warm but miserably wet today or I would probably want to fire the WSM and do a butt!

Temp has dropped in the last hour here like a friggin’ stone! The standing water has developed a skim of ice already! Supposed to get down to something like 8 degrees tonight, it was almost 40 when I got up this morning!

We were over 50 yesterday. Supposwd to rain then ice and snow. We got rain overnighy. But then no ice or snow. Then snow. So lets see oops still snowing. Winds are blowing. All day right diwn the whole length of lake michigan. Supposed to stop soon and only be 1 to 4 inches. I have cleared that already.
Best wishes to the lake effect people and to those in the brunt of this storm. I followed a convoy of plows home today. They poured on the salt. I took picks. After sliding off the side street onto the main road, I was happy to see the plows salting lsd halfway home.
To the jerk who was honking and screaming, and threatening people. I feel sorry. But I did try to stop you from passing the plows. That will be a very expensive lesson. Oh and yeah there was traffic ahead of them as everyone knew.
