I did a modified Pepper Stout Beef this weekend. I used my homemade BBQ rub instead of just salt and pepper. I also had been saving a "Whiskey Barrel Porter" home brewed beer that my boss gave me just for this cook. The PSB came out good and tender. There was not much left over after dinner, which is always a good sign. Sorry no plate picture as I forgot to take the picture before we ate.
