Pepper Stout Beef. How Many sandwiches does it make?

Calling out to those of you who have made Larry Wolfes' Pepper Stout Beef recipe as written. Can you tell me how many sandwiches this recipe will make?

I can't give you a definitive number of how many sandwiches it will make, but I can say......I ALWAYS make twice as much as the recipe calls for when there's a crowd of at least 10-15. There have been lots of times that I've initially thought, "I've made too much", but by the time the event has ended, it's ALWAYS gone, between people coming back for seconds, or taking leftovers home with them. Hope this helps, and in my opinion, it's never a bad thing to cook too much...just more leftovers for yourself!!!
