Patty's Corny Loins

now... i DID grill a coupla one-inch thick pork loin chops, butt, i forgot to snap photos of them grillin'
anyway, the patty's are done in the pan...
tomatoes were added a few minutes before removing the skillet from the grill

the corn was nakid on the grill for a brief period...

and then everything was plated to eet

spicy hot mayo was slathered over the corn and crushed red pepper flakes were added too.
The loin chops bathed in a chipolte lime marinade for approximated 4 hours before grilling...
After dinner, a crisp cucumber martini was enjoyed.

This looks great, never had squash (never seen it in stores overhere) but I's be happy with just the corn and the chops.
 
Yikes! Those chops look incredible! Looks like I'm off to the store tomorrow to buy chops.Trouble is, mine won't be even close to those.
 
Dang Jim I saw the first 3 pictures and said to myself has Jim gone vegetarian on us? :D Fantabulous looking meal and photos Jim!
 
Your chops, p-pans's, and corn all are super looking fare Jim!
The Lampe garden must be doing well if it spit out all of those patty pans!
Wish I could find some smaller ones around here.
