Garden fresh Patty Pan Squash in a Lodge skillet with a little Tuscan Sunset sprinkled onum
Sweet corn roastin' nearby
now... i DID grill a coupla one-inch thick pork loin chops, butt, i forgot to snap photos of them grillin'
anyway, the patty's are done in the pan...
tomatoes were added a few minutes before removing the skillet from the grill
and the "grilled" chops too.
the corn was nakid on the grill for a brief period...
and then everything was plated to eet
spicy hot mayo was slathered over the corn and crushed red pepper flakes were added too.
The loin chops bathed in a chipolte lime marinade for approximated 4 hours before grilling...
After dinner, a crisp cucumber martini was enjoyed.
