I had the family over for Easter and the meat for this meal consisted of a Pit Ham from my brothers father inlaw. Patrick Cudahy only gets them a few times a year so we were one of the lucky ones. The photo I have is of my mom adding the pinapple and cherries an hour before we pulled it off the grill. Overall, it was a good/moist tasting ham. I am not really sure what the difference is between a regular ham and a pit ham. Help someone!
