Forget the 'strami. Questions, questions. What IT did you go to for the SPAM? Did you need to crutch it to bump it out of the stall, or did you let it ride? Did it pull well? Looks like a complex flavour profile & tricky cook. Outstanding! ;)
There is nothing better than BBQ'd Spam (even if it is the low sodium) I ate 90% or more of those :)
