Hey everyone, we did up a pastrami on Sunday from part of the brisket that we did. How long will it last in the fridge, while we are waiting for the slicer to get here on Friday? Since the meat is actually cured will it last longer or not? Any info would be greatly appreciated as this is the 2nd one that we have done.
