Pastrami (BAM!)


 
I missed the pickled egg thread first time around, but wow do I ever want to try making them that way now! And the pastrami looks magnificent.
 
Absolutely amazing! This has been added to my docket (you should have seen my wife roll her eyes when I told her), and it may just leap frog the next round of homemade bacon. Thanks for the idea!
