We have a good group of friends that we regularly get together with for dinner and games. One of the couples invited us all over for a homemade pasta party Saturday night. I can't really take any credit for making any of this. I did supply smoked cheese for the appetizer tray. The girls made 4 batches of pasta dough. Two made with spinach and the other two standard dough. We have a pasta roller/cutter and a ravioli form that we took over and the other couple also had a roller/cutter. Dueling pasta rolling going on!
We had two different homemade sauces. A marinara and a pesto.
We had leftover butternut squash smoked Gouda filling in the freezer from our last batch of ravioli that we thawed out. Unfortunately we left that at home! So we improvised and used some smoked cheese spread from the appetizer tray as filling for the ravioli.
Didn't get a plated shot. It was fun and I'm sure we will do this again.

Oh yeah it was snowing. Earliest I can ever remember here.

Looks like fun, Case. I think I'll whip up some pasta at lunch today, and my daughter and I can cook it up for dinner.....I'm thinking fettucine alfredo with some grilled chicken. Thanks for the inspiration!
We have a table top drying rack, but this was way too much pasta to dry!
