1) Any better options other than Paradise? ..can't get em locally

2) While I'm at it, I want to try some competition quality St louis ribs as seen on Johnny Triggs little TV competition..they looked a lot bigger, robust, & uniform...maybe Paradise has em

I've ordered multiple pork bellies from Paradise and always been treated right. They're local for me, so I can't speak as to how they ship their meat, but I've always been impressed with them. They're one of the only places I'll actually recommend someone go to.

I've never used Snake River, but it looks like a high quality place. Either way, I think you'll be happy with the results.

Are those briskets actually 59 bucks or is that per lb? It doesnt say very well on the snake site

From Snake River, it's $59 for the entire brisket, plus $25 for shipping.
