Ox Cheek??


 
 
A couple months back I tried to cook them following chuds video. Smoked for a few hours for color and flavor then slow cooker overnight. In the morning they were so rubbery they probably would have bounced off the floor. So I put them into the pressure cooker with some tallow and a little stock for a couple hours. Came out fantastic for barbacoa. I will 100% use the pressure cooker method again.
