Overnight white bread

Mixed this last night but passed out before i got the 2nd fold in. Still came out decent did it right on a stone in the Summit. Ran 350-400 for 25 minutes then cranked it up to 425-450 range. BLTs for the kids lunch.

Yeah, I haven't turned the oven on for weeks until today. Today is only 80 so I am making homemade chicken parm as the family keeps asking for it.

Glad i got my grilling in this morning it was cloudy with a nice breeze. Dippin out on work soon to take the kids to the pool its hot now.

I took the salt out and added trader joes everything but the bagel seasoning. Should have still added like half the salt also it was lacking a little. 500g batch should have done 20 g of the bagel seasoning and 5 g salt and probably would have been perfect.
