I took the salt out and added trader joes everything but the bagel seasoning. Should have still added like half the salt also it was lacking a little. 500g batch should have done 20 g of the bagel seasoning and 5 g salt and probably would have been perfect.Tasty looking bread Preston. What's you add on's? Poppy seeds, Rye?
