The brisket turned out great and kudos to my wife for the potato salad, beans, deviled eggs, and lemon pie - she worked much harder than I did! The flavor and smoke ring are so much better on the Weber SmokeFire than The Green Egg that we used for years. So much simpler in preparation and maintaining temp. Went to bed fairly confident there would be no issues and just check the temp a couple of times during the night.
