I like the idea of the chicken boullion. I use my homemade version of Ro-Tel instead of tomato sauce. I've got a great Mexican grocery that carries that exact brand of boullion, and most of the El Pato canned and bottled stuff. They are really friendly in there, but I get some sideways looks...don't think they get very many Gringos shopping there, except me.
