Organic Chickens

I cooked a Whole Foods air chilled chicken on the gasser rotisserie. Did not tell my wife it was any different kind of chicken. She said it was the best chicken I had ever made. It was really good.
If you hunt, you'll understand when I say the air chilled chicken is like freshly skinned game, dry to the touch. Most grocery store birds are soaked in water/solution and are like a big wet Salmonella sponge when opened.
I don't get too into whether it is organic, but I have started to splurge for air chilled birds. I'll handle any brining, likely dry, myself.
