My mom used to make those. She‘d brown it on the stove top and then wrap in foil with Lipton’s onion soup mix and a liquid and finish it the oven. It was always good.

That happened to me too. Ordered 2 chuck roasts, got home with 2 full sized eye of round.
Then I also did similar, made Italian style beef dip Sammie’s.
Turned out delicious anyways....looks good!
