Orange Marmalade Spiral Sliced Ham on the rotisserie?


 
Sounds and looks tasty! A little spicy mustard and I'd be eating ham all day.
 
I've never had much luck with spiral hams but you nailed it! Great job!

I've heard that same type of things with people cooking spiral hams. They've said they dry out on them. I wonder why that is. Spiral have always been some of my favorites. Spinning like this I think the basting glaze could really soak in between the slices. It sure didn't take long to heat up
