Orange Marmalade Sirracha wings

Mde these a while back but had to sub franks red hot for Sirracha ...
This time I had Sirracha and wow! What a difference ! Delicious!
Followed oms recipe from this site... Rubbed wingies with mccormicks Caribbean jerk seasoning while I fired up WSM with 1 full chimney poured onto a few leftover briq and a few small pieces cherry wood



Sauce getting happy... I threw in 3 cloves minced garlic



Cook getting happy


Started wings on top grate HH (dome at 350+)


About 30/35 minutes in





Sauced/glazed a few times and places on lower grate with lid/door removed for a few minutes



Plated with rabbit food and chunky blue cheese



The aftermath! These were great!

Great looking color on that chicken....picked clean to the bone. I would be interested in the sauce recipe also.
 
fantastic looking wings!!! I love OMS wings but it sure makes a sticky mess of a grill when your done!!
