Oops -- ribs froze twice -- ok?

I had thawed some ribs for this week in the fridge and then I last night left them packed in my trunk -- they froze again (not solid, but close). Are they OK to eat?

Thanks!

As long as the temp around them never compromised the meat (getting too warm), they'll be fine. If they were ever at or near room temp, I'd throw them away. But if they were constantly chilled, I wouldn't worry about it. The only thing wrong with refreezing previously frozen meat, is you lose quality in the meat.
