One year seasoned CA white oak and wine staves

Like a dope, I waited for the hottest day of the year to cut up smoke wood. At least the Makita made easy work of it.

One year old CA white oak and a few red wine oak barrel staves, cut into various sizes for cooking with.

I’ll do two tri tips tonight over some of this. Hopefully the TTs taste good.

Saved it in a bucket. It’s in the garage to make it smell nice. I guess I can smoke tube it too. Thanks for the suggestion.
