Like a dope, I waited for the hottest day of the year to cut up smoke wood. At least the Makita made easy work of it.

One year old CA white oak and a few red wine oak barrel staves, cut into various sizes for cooking with.

I’ll do two tri tips tonight over some of this. Hopefully the TTs taste good.
