Good lookin bird! Could you taste/notice any of the rum marinade? I would have had a hard not pouring the rest of the Sailor into the last drink i made.

Sure could taste it. I've used it chicken and pork an it adds a nice flavor to the meat. I normally would marinate for 6-8 hours but for this cook it was only 2. I've injected the spiced rum into pork loins and butts before and that works great also.

Good cook but that 4th picture is super!! I have to get my one of those. I am so stealing the idea. That chicken will live in my smoker .
