This is where it is at......please make this and post your ups and downs.
My only issue and it's not just this recipe is the availability of the chili's.
Very limited this far north apparently.
This is why I don't cook all the awesomeness Michael and Brett and others really get into.
I try to sub Gringo Grande....it has great chili flavor, but I know it's not the same.
 
I dunno...while the burgers themselves look and sound very good, dunking them just doesn't seem right to me. I'll continue to reserve that action for French dips and beef 'n' sausage combos.

Agree. You need a pretty substantial bun to dip. Regular burger bun will prolly fall apart .
