Interesting!

My money is on Copper-Mist of the early-mid 60s. (Dawn of the wood handle era)

I found a pic from the web of this color kettle brand new. This one has the '50s era metal lid handle and bottom triangle ash tray (why would you want ash on your tools?)

. They must have offered this color into the mid '60s as yours has the wood handle and modern triangle.

I hope those people didn't have to wait too long for dinner. The food would've cooked faster with the lid vent open.

I also noticed what looks like an early version of the "sidekick" table. I would like to see somewhere if someone has one, a close up photo of those early triangular ash catchers. They looked to be galvanized steel but I could be wrong. If the "Westerner" from 1958 had the twist style disc pan, then this photo must be circa 1955-57?

Very cool photo! It looks like the sidekick is mounted in fron like a frontkick.

That "frontkick" looks like it has formica and metal sides. I'm guessing that they used fake food for the photo. Hard to believe that this photo dates back to Eisenhower.
