Oktoberfest Cook

Looks like a fun gang, food looks excellent, and the pups are precious! Hope they got something special. :giggle:

Nah, looks like it’s put to great use.
I’m just shocked I didn’t have time to read that email.

Taking over a huge project and had a lot to take in on Friday.

I’m happy it went to a member here. Obviously a hell of a score.

@Bruno dude, i'm trying to get us both invited. act unhappy and grovel some, please. looks like he can cook and the food is good. play your role, man!!!!

@Chris-SF , excellent cook. let us know what we can bring next time. food and weather just appear spectacular!

@Michael Richards The recipe gives pretty good instructions. I use my KitchenAid mixer with a dough hook for mixing in the flour. Make sure to pinch the ends down when tying the pretzels together or they’ll come apart when you boil them with the baking soda. And make sure you sprinkle the kosher salt in with the egg wash before baking, it will just fall off if you try to sprinkle it on after they bake.
