Well I got to thinking about this weekend, and time is going to be running short so I have to pick out a quick cook. The answer for me is smoked meatloaf.Man does that sound good or what. I like plain ol meatloaf hot or cold so this has got to be good. Ill let you know how it ends up.

Just did the math and yesterday was day 10 for my buckboard bacon, so my smoke has moved up to today (in the rain). Last week I smoked some goose breasts. Tough but tasty. I think I'll make jerky out of the next ones, along with some venison jerky.
