OK, I bought the ceramic dish


 
Okay, I am about 3 hours into my first ceramic dish cook. Making shredded beef tacos. I used the 14" dish in the stock water pan of the WSM. Wrapped them both in foil. I did notice that the bottom rack actually sits right on top of the foiled dish. I assume that is right?

Thanks Don. I finished the cook and it worked pretty well. Temps were a little higher than I wanted even with the vents all the way closed but I loved the easy clean up.
